2- Report Planning and Structure

·      Overview of reports

·      Considering the purpose, readers, and the context

·      Logical structure, and organizing ideas

·      How to tier information appropriately

·      Sequencing a report

3- Report Examples

·      Excel, Word, PowerPoint, 

·      Daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual ones.

·      Annotated project completion report in Word, showing strengths and weaknesses

·      The advantages and perils of templates 

4- The Executive Summary and reporting skills:

·      Synthesizing core report findings

·      Weak executive summary examples

·      Strong executive summary examples

·      Best process to construct an executive summary

5- Grammar and Syntax

·      Professional presentation

·      Grammar correction guide and individual correction strategies

·      Active vs. passive voice

·      Using plain Language

·      Writing accurately, to express, not to impress

·      The power of short words

6- One-Hour Coaching Session 

·      Exercise: Submit a final report and scheduling coaching session. Where review final report and explain strengths, enhancement opportunities, integrate findings from course work, and answer any lingering questions.

·      Group work

·      Discussion & feedback on participants' reports
